Long back I understood this.
I always measure this with ” MY ANGER”
It is normal this feeling come and go. But how you understand this. when you “press on gas” – Life will be miserable.
Am I aware of this horrible feeling.
Am I aware that this is a passing feeling
Am I aware that this is nothing to do with the ” Other “
someone abused me horribly recently / But i am quiet outside but in pain inside
so I often get chance to review the above.
