Bought again a Mindfulness Book. This is an obsession. Mindfulness for women by vidyamala Burch and Claire Irvin. Mindfulness is being present. Wen tend to become autopilot in every day life. If you are really live in the present, your life will become simple.

Breath in and out. Breath cycle. 22000 in a day and 8 million in a year. if you can aware, or follow of few breath cycle in day you start your meditation unknowingly.
